What Event Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
MN Toilet Pros provides event porta potty rental services as described in the written quote or booking confirmation. The agreed work may include delivery, placement, servicing during the rental, and pickup of the units listed in that document.
The customer must provide accurate event dates, attendance estimates, site access details, and placement instructions, and must confirm applicable Blaine event permit and site requirements. Accessible toilet facilities and routes should be planned with reference to the 2010 ADA Standards. Construction-site sanitation rules under 29 CFR 1926.51 apply when relevant to the event site.
Unless included in a written agreement, site preparation, permits, attendants, extra servicing, repairs caused by misuse, and additional units are outside the rental scope. Waste handling is subject to applicable rules, including Minnesota Rules Chapter 7041 and Chapter 7083.
Waste must be sent to an authorized wastewater treatment facility as required. Minnesota Statutes 115.061 addresses preventing and reporting water pollution.
Applicable agencies may include the MPCA, Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, OSHA, and the U.S. Access Board.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled after MN Toilet Pros receives the event date, service address, requested equipment, access information, and other details needed to prepare a quote. A booking is confirmed when the customer accepts the written terms and any stated deposit or payment requirement is met.
Customers should provide cancellation requests and schedule changes in writing as early as possible. Any cancellation charge or refund terms will be those shown in the accepted quote or booking confirmation; if none are stated, contact us before assuming a particular charge or refund applies.
Tell us promptly if attendance, placement, access hours, or service frequency changes. We will review the request and confirm whether it can be accommodated, along with any price or timing adjustment, before proceeding.
A change is not approved until both sides confirm it in writing. Late requests may affect availability, delivery, servicing, or pickup.
Weather, site restrictions, and event-permit conditions can also affect the schedule, so customers should share relevant updates as soon as they receive them.
Written Quotes and Payment Terms
MN Toilet Pros prepares quotes using the information provided about the event, including dates, location, equipment, access, and requested service. A quote describes the work and charges included at the time it is issued; it is not a confirmed booking until accepted under the stated terms.
Review it carefully and ask about any unclear item before approval. Payment timing, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any applicable taxes or other charges will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation. No particular price or financing option is promised by these terms.
If the event plan changes, we will explain any resulting price adjustment and request approval before adding work or equipment, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety or compliance concern. Customers remain responsible for charges they approved and for any other amounts expressly listed in the booking. Please contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the accepted quote so we can review it.
Written Commitments and Service Concerns
MN Toilet Pros will provide the rental and related work described in the accepted quote or booking confirmation. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, set a warranty duration, or promise a particular result beyond the written service description.
If a specific warranty or service commitment applies, it must be stated in writing in the applicable agreement. Any stated coverage is limited to its written terms and duration.
Please report a problem with delivery, placement, or servicing as soon as practical, with the event location and booking details. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate response under the agreement.
Coverage or corrective work may not apply to damage or service problems caused by misuse, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, site conditions, vandalism, or work by someone else. This section does not remove any rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived. Customers should not rely on verbal statements that differ from the written booking documents.
Responsibility for Site and Service Risks
To the extent permitted by law, MN Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from the rented service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
MN Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, restricted access, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Nothing here transfers a customer’s legal duties to another party.
Customers must confirm event permits and site-specific requirements with Blaine and plan accessible facilities and routes with reference to the 2010 ADA Standards. Other rules may apply, including 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction-site sanitation, Minnesota Rules Chapters 7041 and 7083, and Minnesota Statutes 115.061 concerning water pollution.
Waste disposal must follow applicable requirements and use an authorized wastewater treatment facility where required. Relevant authorities may include the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Minnesota Department of Health, OSHA, and the U.S. Access Board.

Brian Nelson
Service Expert at MN Toilet Pros
I started this business after years working in portable sanitation and seeing how much a clean, well-placed restroom matters at a busy event. I’m based in the Blaine area, where I learned to plan around Minnesota’s freeze-thaw seasons, muddy spring sites, and the extra setup time winter weather can require.
